Services & Support
Navigating Freedom. Building Stability.
Reentry is more than the moment someone comes home. It's a process that can involve housing, employment, health, family, education, and countless other challenges.
The Uncuffed Project Inc. provides a continuum of support designed to help justice-impacted individuals navigate those challenges, build stability, and move toward long-term success.
From immediate essentials and transitional housing to care management, community supports, and structured programming, we meet people where they are and help connect them to the tools and resources they need to move forward.
We're always working to strengthen the ways we serve our communities. Stay connected for updates on our programs, services, and opportunities.

IMMEDIATE CARE: MEETING NEEDS, ONE BACKPACK AT A TIME
What began with a backpack has grown into something bigger.
We started by giving newly freed friends backpacks filled with essential items to make the transition home a little easier.
Today, Immediate Care reaches beyond the individual to help address essential needs affecting their household and family—from hygiene and personal care items to food, school supplies, and other necessities.
Because reentry doesn't happen in isolation.
The backpack is where we started. The need is where we go.
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING
A Place to Land. A Path to Move Forward.
Returning home after incarceration can come with significant challenges. Stable housing provides a strong foundation for navigating those challenges and starting the next chapter.
The Uncuffed Project's Transitional Housing Program provides eligible individuals with safe, structured housing and daily living support designed to promote successful community reintegration.
Participants receive more than a place to stay. Through a peer-driven approach, the program provides support and education focused on developing the skills, stability, and connections needed to move forward.
