Workforce & Life Skills
Addressing Barriers. Supporting Stability.
Successful reentry requires more than returning home. It means having the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to build stability and move forward.
The Uncuffed Project provides workforce development, life skills, and educational support designed to help justice-impacted individuals strengthen their skills, pursue employment opportunities, and build greater independence.
BUILDING THE TOOLS TO MOVE FORWARD
Preparation for Work. Skills for Life.
Our workforce and life-skills services meet individuals where they are and support the goals they are working toward.
Through individualized support, training, education, and practical skill-building, we help participants build the tools they need to navigate employment, finances, technology, daily responsibilities, and life after incarceration.

OUR APPROACH
Individualized Support. Practical Tools. Real Opportunities.
We recognize that every individual's starting point is different.
That's why our approach is individualized and goal-focused. We work with participants to identify where additional support or skill development may be needed, connect them with appropriate opportunities, and guide them throughout the process.
Whether the goal is finding employment, improving financial stability, building digital skills, pursuing education, or becoming more independent in daily life, we provide practical tools that support long-term progress.
CONNECTING SKILLS TO THE BIGGER PICTURE
Workforce Development Is Part of Reentry.
Employment, education, financial stability, and daily living skills all play an important role in successful community reintegration.
Our workforce and life-skills services work alongside TUP's broader support system—including housing, care coordination, community resources, and reentry services—to help individuals build a stronger foundation for the future.
